This is a very satisfying breakfast- and even better, very easy to prepare. Double the recipe to get a head start on breakfast tomorrow.

Ingredients:

Handful of kale
1/4 avocado
1 frozen banana
1 T cacao nibs
1 tsp cashew butter
1 tsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds
Coconut milk or coconut water (amount and type of liquid depends on how thick you like your smoothies. I prefer a thinner consistency so use a lot of the coconut water).

Directions:

Mix above in a high powered blender until smooth.
